Airport lounge food, questions travelers ask

What is JetBite?

JetBite is a crowd-powered app that shows what food is actually being served in airport lounges right now, based on real-time reports from fellow travelers.

What food is served in airport lounges?

It varies by lounge and time of day: hot breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, soups, sandwiches, snacks, desserts, fresh fruit, and drinks. Because it changes hour to hour, JetBite shows what travelers are actually seeing right now rather than a fixed menu.

Do airport lounges serve breakfast?

Most airport lounges put out a breakfast spread in the morning and switch to lunch and dinner later in the day. JetBite lets you check whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner has actually been put out in a specific lounge before you head over.

Do airport lounges change their food throughout the day?

Yes. Lounge food rotates through the day and gets restocked, so a printed menu is often out of date. That's exactly why JetBite is built around live, timestamped reports from travelers on the ground.

How can I see what's being served before I arrive?

Open the lounge in JetBite and browse recent food reports and photos from travelers who are already there. It's the closest thing to peeking inside before you walk over or choose between two lounges.

How is it different from a lounge menu or review site?

Menus go stale and reviews are historical. JetBite shows the live picture of what airport lounge food is actually out this minute, so you can decide whether a lounge is worth your layover.

Which airports and lounges are covered?

JetBite covers lounges at Atlanta (ATL), New York (JFK), Chicago O'Hare (ORD), and Seattle (SEA) to start, and we're adding new airports and lounges over time. Travelers keep each lounge's food info fresh by reporting and confirming what's available.

When does it launch?

JetBite is launching soon on iOS and Android. Join the waitlist above to be the first to know.
